General
If bad weather is forecasted and requires the use of the gazebo then the customer must make sure there is adequate space for the gazebo to go up. If not then the service will be re-booked (see other terms).
The prices stated on this website is a guideline for a small/medium sized vehicle (Fiat 500 to VW Golf) in an average condition. If your vehicle is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood or any other heavy stains then additional charges may apply. These charges will be agreed upon inspection, prior to work commencing.
I require access to a power source when carrying out a valet/detail. If this is not available then please let me know ASAP.
For insurance purposes, I am unable to operate in car parks or heavily used roads. This is a standard requirement for valeting and detailing.
Additional charges may apply for any valets required over a 10 mile radius from Torquay (TQ1)
Atlas Detailing is insured - with a specific liability insurance designed for valeting & detailing.
Collection & delivery charged at £30 p/h journey time.
Any contact or address information taken is strictly confidential and will never be shared with anyone else without your prior consent.
Any sealant, wax, ceramic or graphene coating requires an element of maintenance in order to achieve the durability rated on the specific product. There are various outside influences that can affect this durability, such as: weather, aftercare, mileage, paint type, repairs, etc.
Regular and correct maintenance is always advised after any valet/detail has been carried out. Advice and guidance will be provided to ensure correct maintenance.
Payment
Payment to be made within 7 days of the completion of the valet/detail. Failure to do so will incur charges of 5% of the cost of the valet per day after 7 days have elapsed.
Payment to be made by cash, card, cheque or BACS. Card payments are subject to an additional charge of 2% to cover the transaction fees.

Cancellations
All initial bookings require a 20% deposit paid when booking. This is non-refundable if customer cancels. Atlas Detailing can cancel a booking weather permitting – then the deposit will be refundable unless customer is happy re-booking.
For ceramic/graphene coatings and enhancement details - a minimum deposit of £100 is required per booking.
If a valet/detail is cancelled without giving more than 48 hours notice then the customer will be liable to pay 50% of the booking value (including the deposit)
If the booking is a no-show or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, the customer will be liable to pay 75% of the booking, not including a deposit if already paid.
